Monkfish

There are, in fact, two variants of the monkfish. One is the Piscatoris monkfish, known for its gamey taste and slightly depressed countenance. The other is the Ashenfall monkfish, which has a more trout-like flavour and a happier, almost smirking countenance. Anglers, who like to simplify things, distinguish them by calling them 'sad boy' and 'happy boy'.
