Toadflax

One of the most popular plants with witches everywhere, as much as for the name as its use in herblore. One witch, a particularly odd duck called Henrietta, once tried to combine the herb with the amphibian of its namesake. The resulting monstrosity killed five people, before it could finally be put down.
