Dawn Legion Base
VillageA secret base built by the Dawn Legion in Verteron's Cantas Valley. It is hidden deep in the cliff and used as a hideout from the Balaur.
Western Cantas Valley
BattlefieldThe western region of the Cantas Valley. Since Odylium was discovered here and a number of collectors were installed, it has long served as a key source of Odylium for the Daeva for some time. The Dawn Legion has repaired the collectors and is gathering the scarce Odyle.
Eastern Cantas Valley
BattlefieldThe eastern region of the Cantas Valley. Groups of refugees attempting to flee to the Dawn Legion often pass through. The area is relatively dangerous due to the lack of Dawn Legion presence.
Ellun River Marsh
BattlefieldA marsh downstream of the Ellun River that flows through Verteron. There was once a Verteron Barrier Tower, but it was destroyed by the Balaur.
Contaminated Marsh
BattlefieldA contaminated marsh downstream of the Ellun River flowing through Verteron, now uninhabitable due to the wastewater from the Balaur's Drana Plantation.
Ellun River Meadow
BattlefieldA grassland located between the Eastern Cantas Valley and the Ellun River Marsh. The area still remains unpolluted and pristine.
Ellun River Midstream
BattlefieldThe middle stretches of the Ellun River, which flows through Verteron. It has a relatively clean environment.
Verteron Fortress Ruins
BattlefieldA fortress that served as an Abyss Gate and repelled invaders into Verteron. It was destroyed and rebuilt many times during the long war with the Balaur, but was eventually abandoned altogether once Daeva had grown too thin. It is now garrisoned and managed by Krall.
Wind Breeze Merchant HQ
VillageHeadquarters of the Wind Breeze Merchants, who trade mainly in Verteron. The Shugo of the Wind Breeze Merchants settled here as they set a high value on the Biruta leaves grow in Tolbas Forest.
Northern Tolbas Forest
BattlefieldThe northern part of Tolbas Forest, adjacent to the Verteron Fortress Ruins. Dangerous animals and plants can be found here.
Southern Tolbas Forest
BattlefieldThe southern part of Tolbas Forest, and a popular hiding place for bandits and marauders.
Eastern Tolbas Forest
BattlefieldThe border between the Tolbas Forest and the Aullaeu Village. It is the site of a war of nerves between the Shugo of Wind Breeze Merchants and the Urugugu tribe of Aullaeu.
Aullaeu Village
BattlefieldThis is a settlement of the Urugugu tribe, an Aullaeu people who followed Tiamat and migrated from the Dragon World. Now they worship Ishtar instead of Tiamat.
Forest of Exiles
BattlefieldA forest on the outskirts of the Aullaeu Village. It is home to Holyaul, a former ritualist of the Urugugu tribe, and his followers, who were exiled by Aulamus.
Steep Guard Post
VillageAn outpost located on a cliff outside the Dawn Legion Base. It overlooks eastern Cantas.
Valley Outpost
VillageAn outpost built by the Dawn Legion in Cantas Valley. The Dawn Legion is using the Cantas Valley's Odyle Collector to collect the scarce Odyle.
Cantas Valley Base
VillageA campsite located in Western Cantas Valley, used by the Dawn Legion for Odyle collection. Legion members and assisting Shugo merchants reside here.
Coastal Camp
VillageA temporary camp built by the Dawn Legion on the coastal side of Cantas Valley. Dawn legionnaires searching for the Odyle in Cantas Valley built this camp to facilitate investigating the coastal cave.
Eastern Cantas Campsite
VillageA temporary campsite located in Eastern Cantas Valley. A place where passing Daeva and merchants stay temporarily.
Marsh Outpost
VillageA stronghold once used by the Dawn Legion to assist in restoring the Barrier Tower in the Ellun River Marsh. It is no longer used after relations with the Illusion Cavaliers deteriorated.
Marsh Legion Campsite
VillageA temporary campsite once used by the Dawn Legion while assisting with the restoration of the Barrier Tower. It is no longer in use, as the Legion is no longer involved in the restoration.
Spirit's Rest
BattlefieldA mysterious place to the east of the Contaminated Marsh. The Spirit Tree has kept the surrounding area unpolluted with its pure power of Etheria. However, with the opening of the Etheria Rift and the disappearance of the spirit within the tree, it is once again under threat.
Collapsed Verteron Barrier Tower
VillageTogether with Spiritmasters, the Dawn Legion has established a base to facilitate the restoration of the Verteron Barrier Tower after it was shattered in an attack by the Ishtar Brigade.
Hideout in Front of the Ruins
VillageA place in the shadow of the collapsed walls of the Verteron Fortress Ruins. A base once used as a hideout by some of the disbanded Illusion Cavaliers.
Dundu's Rest
VillageA small base of the Wind Breeze Merchants near the Verteron Fortress Ruins. Rumor has it that a Shugo named Dundu also trades with the Krall.
Collapsed Pillar
VillageDuring the fall of Verteron Fortress, this hideout was a garrison of the Illusion Cavalier Spiritmasters guarding the fortress. They fought fiercely against the Balaur, but were eventually wiped out.
Dawn Legion Temporary Outpost
VillageA temporary outpost once used by the Dawn Legion. It is currently abandoned and no longer in use.
Southern Shugo Station
VillageA farm where the Wind Breeze Merchants raise livestock. The grasses of the Tolbas Forest provide good food for the livestock, but they are often attacked by Aullaeu and wild beasts, so a vigilante group has been formed. However, all of the members are inexperienced in combat.
Astin Mercenaries Base
VillageA base of the Astin Mercenaries, operating in Tolbas Forest. Though comprised only of humans, they pride themselves on skills that they feel put them on par with any company of Daeva. They are often hired by the Wind Breeze Merchants.
Eastern Shugo Station
VillageA Shugo station located on the border of Tolbas Forest. While the workshop's main role is to craft and supply a variety of goods, its main product is a medicinal herb made from Biruta leaves. Biruta leaves are difficult to work with, so they chose to set up their workshop on the border, where the leaves are readily available.
Aullaeu Village Border
VillageA temporary campsite built to facilitate the search for Kochi and the other abducted Shugo. It is located on the forest road to Aullaeu Village, and a Dawn legionnaire has been dispatched to scout the area.
Holyaul's Residence
VillageHabitat of the Holyaul who barely makes a living on the outskirts of the forest.
Abandoned Wind Breeze Office
VillageAn outpost briefly used by the Dawn Legion in the past. It is currently abandoned and no longer in use.
Pamos Farm
VillageA farm along the Ellun River Midstream. Despite its appearance as a peaceful and ordinary farm, its owner, Pamos, is involved in shady dealings with marauders.
Illusion Cavaliers' Campsite
VillageA small campsite inhabited by the Illusion Cavaliers.
Ruin Exploration Campsite
VillageA campsite for explorers of the ruins along the Ellun River Midstream.
Night Dew Cave
VillageA small, hidden cave in Tolbas Forest. Originally used by the Wind Breeze Merchants as an office and storage place for old documents, they were forced to abandon it as the Aullaeu's local influence grow. It is now maintained only for Kochi's personal use.
Anguish Hill
BattlefieldA hilly area along the middle stretches of Ellun River. Daeva who scattered across Verteron following various defeats against the Balaur rallied together, seeking a chance to strike back. Ultimately, they perished without ever even crossing these hills.
Destroyed Abyss Gate
BattlefieldAn Abyss Gate once located above Verteron Fortress. When the Fortress fell, the gate was also attacked and destroyed. An Abyss Rift appeared for a time afterward, but has now subsided. Klaw from the Abyss Rift have settled in the area.
Pilgrim's Ridge
BattlefieldThis place was called the Pilgrim's Ridge Path because it was a must-stop for those visiting the Zumion Temple and the Ardus Shrine.
Zumion Village
VillageA village formed by Daeva and humans fleeing the Balaur, and home base of the Notos Legion. It is located within ancient ruins hidden in Altamia Canyon, and was once submerged underwater alongside the Zumion Temple, only to reemerge when the topography of Altamia Canyon changed due to wars between Elyos, Asmodians, and Balaur.
Ancient Zumion Temple Site
BattlefieldThe site of a temple was built to honor Zumion, the first Daeva, when AION was whole and Elysea and Asmodae were one. It was blessed by AION and flourished as a holy place for many years, but fell into ruin after the war.
Western Altamia Highland
BattlefieldThe elevated areas of the western highlands and canyon region surrounding Zumion Village. Rock Tomb Hill and vast grasslands stretch across the area.
Eastern Altamia Highland
BattlefieldThe elevated areas of the western highlands and canyon region surrounding Zumion Village. Includes the former site of Zumion Temple and the area contaminated by the poison of Meslamtaeda.
Altamia Canyon
BattlefieldA canyon in eastern Verteron. Legend has it that the canyon's intricate and majestic terrain was formed under the influence of Etheria and the Spirit King. The area is monitored closely by the Notos Legion.
Southern Altamia Highland
BattlefieldA plateau in the highland and canyon region of eastern Verteron, including the former site of Zumion Temple and the area contaminated by the poison of Meslamtaeda.
Rock Tomb Hill
BattlefieldA hill in the Altamia Highland filled with giant rocks that stand like gravestones. Originally a peaceful place, but after the war and Balaur invasion, this hill became a refuge for Daeva subjected to Balaur experiments. They soon turned into egoless Sura and now wander the hill aimlessly. Later on, with Renegade Daeva also finding refuge here, Rock Tomb Hill has earned a notorious reputation as a dangerous, lawless area.
Destroyed Temple Site
BattlefieldThe ground of the ruins of the Altamia Highland. The Zumion Temple and its surroundings, submerged by extreme weather after the Last War, have risen to the surface.
Contaminated Sanctum
BattlefieldAn old sanctum where the priests of the Zumion Temple held meetings and prayed until it was destroyed by Meslamtaeda, leaving only a few stepping stones and pillars. Following Meslamtaeda's invasion, the surviving priests sealed Meslamtaeda's Poison Blood in the Purifying Altar, but the seal has since broken, resulting in a dangerous place filled with leaking poison and rampaging Guardite.
Rock Hill Outpost
VillageAn outpost built by the Notos Legion after Sura and Karas were witnessed near Zumion Village to ensure no threats come too close.
Alert Observation Post
VillageA place where the soldiers of the Zumion Temple gathered during the battle against Meslamtaeda and the Balaur. Now destroyed, the area contains only ruins and the roaming, vengeful spirits of ancient Daeva warriors who died in the war. Notos Legionnaires have gathered to investigate the site and keep watch for any threatening spirits.
Hill of Purification
VillageA small and unassuming campsite built on the highland by clerics trying to clean up Meslamtaeda's poison blood. It is said that some of the surviving priests of Zumion once sealed the poison in a sacred well to prevent it from spreading, knowing it would rot the land if left untreated.
Beast Hunter Campsite
VillageA rest area for hunters. They hunt the nearby beasts and animals to make a living. Some hunters also trade fresh beast bones and skins here.
Pilgrim's Rest
VillageThis rest stop was once a shelter for pilgrims visiting Ardus Shrine. Long abandoned, all that remains now are old, broken garden ornaments and stone chairs covered in moss. Although it has lost much of its former majesty, its spring all dried up, it is still a place where Daeva can stay for a while.
Canyon Campsite
VillageA place of the Notos Legionnaires who have been assigned to monitor and deal with the Corrupted Spirits in the lower part of the Canyon.
Highland's End Campsite
VillageA campsite located on the edge of the Southern Altamia Highland, where Notos Legion guards are stationed.
Garden of the Illusion God
BattlefieldA sanctum built by order of Kaisinel, Spiritmaster and God of Illusion. It was once a beautiful garden where spirits and fairies were bornbut after years left untended during the long war and Kaisinel's disappearance, it became a dangerous place where powerful spirits raged uncontrollably.
Kraka Footpath
BattlefieldA hill named after a legendary Tursin Krall chieftain. Also serving as a path to the Drana Plantation and the Balaur Stronghold, its proximity to these locations means there is a significant risk of encountering Balaur minions.
Kraka Footpath Campsite
VillageA campsite located along the Kraka Footpath. It was established to monitor the path leading from Kraka Footpath into Zumion Village.
Drana Plantation
BattlefieldA place where Drana trees are grown and harvested for Drana fruit, managed by individuals who have been modified and enhanced by the Balaur, for whom it is a vital food source. In the past, Drana fruit had to be harvested and processed by hand, but devices have since been developed that allow the extraction of energy directly from the Drana tree itself, before being collected in repositories and fed directly into the Balaur Fortress. At the center of the Drana Plantation looms Ishtar's imposing Power Tower.
Nahid Brigade Fortress
BattlefieldA Nahid Brigade Fortress under Dragon Lord Ishtar. This place also works as a bio-research station, with facilities for the confinement and study of the Daeva.
Scarlet Forest
BattlefieldA forest near the Drana Plantation and Nahid Brigade Fortress, with vegetation turned red by the influence of Drana. Escaped Sura and Daeva Wraiths roam between the trees, and Balaur scouts are on regular patrols.
Scarlet Forest Observation Site
VillageA Notos Legion base located near the entrance of the Scarlet Forest. It was established to observe the activity within the Scarlet Forest.
Drana Cultivation Area
BattlefieldAn area where the Balaur have concentrated their Drana cultivation. A huge Drana condensation root has small Drana trees and devices attached to it, the latter of which are maintained by workers.
Drana Processing Area
BattlefieldAn area where the Drana harvested from the Drana Cultivation Area is transported or processed. There are a lot of pipelines and repositories that branch out from the power conversion unit.
Notos Legion Outpost
VillageA place where the Norst Legion and the Daeva are staying to dominate the Drana Plantation.
Laborer's Rest Stop
VillageA place of rest for the Kobolds laboring at the Drana Plantation. Some de-brainwashed Kobolds pretend to be brainwashed in order to try and escape.
Drana Transport Hub
VillageA base used to assist in transporting goods from the Drana Plantation to the Nahid Brigade Fortress.
Eternal Isle
BattlefieldA sky island floating on the outskirts of Elysea, rich in Odyle ever since its creation. As Odyle depleted, an imbalance formed between the island and the ground below, giving rise to a colossal Odyle Storm that engulfed the skies around it, and only recently was a way discovered to pierce through the storm and reach the island's heart. The storm has kept the island untouched, maintaining the original environment from before AION's collapse, dominated by diverse flora infused with Odyle.
Crimson Isle
BattlefieldAn island that has grown uninhabitable after being polluted by waste from Nahid Fortress. Krao minerals grow throughout the island due to the influence of Drana, and a number of legions have set out to investigate.
Crimson Isle Outpost
VillageAn outpost established by those dispatched to investigate the Crimson Isle. It serves as a forward base where Creion and other adventurers exploring the Crimson Isle can rest.
Northern Shugo Station
