Each row is required by the normal unlock check. Repeated entries share the same recorded statistic; their quantities are not added together.

Progress is read from the game’s recorded statistics. These requirements do not inspect your character or confirm that an achievement has unlocked.

Achievement eligibility also depends on cheat history, cheated inventory items, world modifiers, game mod status and platform support. The game includes an explicit cheat-check bypass; this reference does not assume it is enabled.

An alternate building check allows excess in one category to offset a shortage in another. Each category contributes up to 115% of its listed requirement; the contributions must total more than the sum of the listed requirements. The game evaluates local building tags or recorded building statistics, and achievement eligibility still applies.
