Achievement eligibility: commands, items and world settings
How do I use the opt-in?
With a character in a world, enter yesiuseddevcommandsbutiwantmyachievementsanyway 1 in the console to enable the cheat-check bypass for that character. Use 0 to disable it. Omitting the argument toggles the setting; the console reports its new state. See the console and command instructions.
The bypass can allow achievement checks despite cheat history, tagged items, cheated world settings or a modded game. It does not award an achievement by itself or replace its requirements, difficulty checks or platform support.
Does this remove item cheat tags?
No. The command changes the eligibility bypass; it does not clear existing item tags. Without the bypass, carrying even one tagged item can block achievement progress. This includes an item received from someone else.
Removing every tagged item clears that inventory condition. Your character's separate cheat history, world settings or modded-game status may still block eligibility. A warning about a picked-up item therefore does not establish that all future progress is permanently lost.
Do resource, raid or respawn settings block progress?
Changing a setting through the supported World Modifiers options is not automatically cheating. The world check accepts configured slider values and toggle keys, and exempts preset keys. A custom value outside those supported options can be classified as a cheat.
Check the current world modifier options. Achievement difficulty requirements remain separate; an allowed setting does not make an easier-world result satisfy a harder achievement.
Will old actions count after opting in?
The opt-in does not copy your general statistics into achievement statistics or replay past actions. While eligibility is blocked, many actions still update general statistics but skip the achievement counters. Enabling the bypass does not automatically reconstruct that missed progress.
Existing eligible statistics and requirements checked from current conditions can still matter. Follow the individual achievement's checklist and the achievement mechanics reference rather than assuming every old action is either recovered or discarded.
