Megingjord

Equipped status effects are added at item level zero and skill level zero; increasing item quality does not directly level the equip effect. Trinkets count toward sets, but their own set-effect check is not called in the equipment status update.

Megingjord has no ordinary crafting recipe in the active recipe registry. Obtain it through the listed sources: Haldor. The linked uses show what it contributes to; an ingredient requirement is not a recipe for making this item.
