Aion 2 achievements and titles: which titles to equip

TL;DR
- Every title you own gives a small owned effect, all the time. You can also equip up to three titles for their larger equipped effects.
- Titles come mostly from achievements. The Title menu also has Quest, Shop, World Event and Secret tabs.
- Which title shows above your name is a separate choice from the three you equip for stats.
- Madsin's PvE picks: Guardian of Verteron or Guardian of Altgard early, then Unbound by Genus, Dominator of Dimensions and Empty Closet.
How titles work

Each title has two effects:

| Owned | As soon as you have the title, whether you use it or not | Small |
| Equipped | Only while the title is in one of your three equip slots | Much larger |
The game sorts titles into Offensive, Defensive and Other. The title you display above your name is a separate pick and doesn't change your stats.
Achievements
Achievements track things you do across the game, from clearing strongholds to Shugo Festival games, often in numbered steps. Finishing one can award a title, and completing a group of achievements has its own rewards.
The titles say what earned them. Some PvP titles come from the "Nothing Personal, Kid" achievements, and Hot Potato is for clearing the Lahtrima Outpost stronghold:

The Guardian title is his early offensive pick. Unbound by Genus replaces it later. Madsin reads "master Genus Insight" as reaching level 10 on every Genus board, which the pet guide covers.
Creator tip
Your defensive title chase will be Dominator of Dimensions obtained by collecting 25 pairs of wings.
