Local travel and ledges
MovementLocal teleport interactions require their target and respect the no-boss-portals active-interior gate; they do not call inventory teleportability. Teleport abilities choose a tagged destination within range with a valid floor and move their owner directly. World portal triggers delegate to their parent portal. Ladders move an interacting character to their authored endpoint after a range check. Auto-jump triggers pass authored upward/forward velocities to the character. Ledge colliders depend on tracked colliders above their origin.
